3VZFE + SAFCII.. What are your settings ?

Ok.. yesterday I FINALLY installed the SAFCII that I had on my desk for about a year.. hehe

I still haven't had the chance to get a bong installed to get it tuned properly so everything is set to ZERO..

But I did the MAF modification to lean out the A/F ratio a bit..

Anyone here with a stock 3vzfe and a safcII would want to share his settings (for the rpm / correction) so I can test that ?

But anyway I will get this thing tuned soon

Oh and.. yeah.. I won't forget to put my MAF back to the original setting before doing that
(I have 2 maf anyway.. one is modded the other one is stock)

No one really knows what the 3vz AFR at wot is, I ran -2 from 4000 rpm up to redline and went as far as -10 and couldn't really tell much of a difference (damn automatic)

Cool

You'll have to dyno it.

No wideband yet.. My friend have one with the Innovate computer.. we will have to run it on my car once I get the bong installed on my Y-Pipe

I'm planning on eventually get the Innovate LC1 with a A/F Gauge

And btw.. I found a really good place to setup the SAFC.. Just under the clock/hazard signal, over the Air duck.. I never use the two air ducks in the center of the dash anyway.. The one on the right will be for the A/F gauge.

@Toysrme: No needs to dyno.. I'll run the car on the street and at the drag way while datalogging and then I'll be able to tune..

I'll do the final fine tuning by reading the A/F gauge I will install

^ lol....too bad...I got all excited when you said that you found a good spot too....

but I use those air ducts

and the lc1 is a nice wideband....I was thinking about one, but then I didn't like the looks of the unit, nor the a/f gauges that are available......aem ftw (because I couldn't afford the autometer one...haha)!

For the moment I don't have much money I'm still in the process of getting a new job.. I haven't received any money since I'm back from France and I'm
running on low budget)
It's a good thing.. I'm putting on the car some parts that I have since a long moment.. like the safc, the auto-dimming rear view mirror.. and I hope I will have the time to finish my HID retrofit this weekend
But You'll know when I get some.. I will order a Y-Pipe from you

What is that forum you're talking about? Is it on TN ?

Cool

http://www.lextreme.com/ - it's where the v8's play.

Go to the v8 forum, register & check the group buys. There was an insanely awesome Innovative XD-16 group buy price in April.
I'm bound to not disclose the actual price since I sometimes mod @ Lextreme, but it was stupid low.
Let's put it this way. It's nothing to see the *full* kit price knocked down to 60% the listed price. Sometimes less. But the group buy made those figures look just absolutely rediculous.

Registered and sent a PM to the guy doing the Group Buy..

But the GB seems to be old and not many people registered to buy one..
