Squeaking doors, help

My driver's door suddenly started squeaking really badly. How can I fix this? Is it possible without removing the trim? I dunno how to remove the trim and afraid I will break stuff.

Personally I WD-40d my hinges, and silicone lubed that plastic piece that keeps the door open. worked for a while, but they're back at it and even worse. I'm going to try white lithium grease and see if that works, but i'm interested in hearing what people have done to fix this more permanently.

I use bearing grease. It is thick enough to stay there and not run off or evaporate. Put some on both sides of the guide pin.

In my experience WD-40 is not a decent lubricant for any metal part under stress. It's simply too light and evaporates too fast to work for longer than 5 minutes.
It's great for a lot of stuff but i wouldn't dream on using it for anything on a car except a rusted bolt.
Best lubricants to use: Tri flow, break free, even engine oil is a recommended lubricant. White lithium grease is better than nothing but in my opinion too light and doesnt soak into the hinge pins. The best way to lube them hinges is soak em good, work the door once or twice then wipe off all you can.

3rd Generation

Try a few dabs of marine grease on each side of the pins. I hate working with it in the shop, but it's never done a car/truck wrong yet.
