hmm....try putting them side by side?

The only thing I can think of is Carb stuff / instruments may be different.

the hose should.....but otherwise, the intake itself...probably not.

the gen4 will have more sensors on it probably since they're all obdII

the hose won't fit. size-wise i think it's close but the gen4 one has an extra outlet for another vacuum line.
so basically, no.

are you looking for a replacement or did you find something you want but can only find it in a gen4 form?

The intake piping itself isn't dictated by vacuum hoses, it is the same size, I bought an intake for a Gen 4 that fits like a glove on my Gen 3, their only the same engine. You could just get a vacuum hose cap/plug. Also why do you ask?

yes, i am looking for a stock replacement. couldn't believe how much salvage yards want for a used one around here. pretty much the same price as the replacement ones on ebay... i just don't want to get it for their price knowing somewhere else that it is cheap... maybe some guys on the forum who modified wanna get rid of it...

ok. so the gen 4 should fit. THANKS! guess i just have to cover that vacuum hose... is that plug easily available at auto stores?

i'm really pissed at my hose since the crack is not really in the middle of the hose but its where the clamp squeezes the throttle body. (tried duct tape mentioned in some other thread but it didn't work for me)

by the way guys, the only reason why i'll get a gen 4 hose is that someone is offering it for dirt cheap... couldn't find a similar deal for a gen 3. anyone here got one they don't need?

thanks for all the reply guys...
