3rd Generation '94 Camry LE V6 Trunk Panel: Gen 3 and 4 Interchangeable

Want to use a Trunk panel from a Gen 4 Camry. Tired of my Gen 3 fogging when it rains. Are these panels interchangeable.... Thanks

If you got the Gen4 trunk, you would still have part of the Gen3 lights and turn signals. IMO it would look really ugly.

If you have a gen3 and it fogs on you find out why its fogging and seal it up. Keyhole would be one place to check.

If you dont want to do that then just swap the panel for one of those black gen 3 panels or another panel that doesnt fog.

Its pretty easy i just did mine. Its about 10 nuts and 2 harnesses

It doesn't fit!

Unless you fit it by having a tank roll over your car.. you won't be able to fit that trunk there!

Don't think it would work, Gen4 trunk has a little bit of a slope the Gen3 is flat. Completely different design, just fix the fogging problem. It's a half-hour of time and some black RTV silicone.... or you could grab VHT Niteshades and forget about that fog while standing out from the other Gen3's.

it only takes a glance and some common sense to know that a gen 4 will not fit a gen 3.....rofl

I'm sorta thinking about going to a Gen3.5 panel but I dunno if it would for sure look better.

But yeah, a Gen4 panel would never fit. It would have to be a custom job and would be extremely expensive.
