93 camry window doesn't come up

Today, after having the driver's window down all the way for one occasion, the window doesn't come up any more. I took apart the door panel and I was able to push up the window with my hand while pressing the window up button. I can 'roll' down the window with the power window button. When I 'roll' down the window I can feel the cable running down the metal tubing connected to the window regulator, but when I press the up button, I do not feel the cable moving at all. I can hear the motor running actively, but the window is not moving. My amateur guess is that one of the cog wheels that makes the window go up is broken.

Since the window can come down via power-down button, there is no issue with power, it seems. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you,

On our '93 I found it was easier to replace the motor/regulator assembly as a unit. Bought it on Ebay two years ago for around $40 + S&H. So far so good.
