22" Wheels on a 1997 Camry?

Is it possible? Please dont flame its just a question. I have 18's on it right now but want bigger wheels. Maybe with a lift and a very small series tire? Thanks

I would only go up to 20 if i were you. anymore and you face problems with clearance, gear ratios, speedo readings, not enough tire etc....

it is possible if u lift it but ill be honest with you, no one will look highly on it, no matter how much u spend on the car. honestly id just slam it and keep the 18's u have. but if u liek the look then screw what we think, do what pleases you.

Yea like bigbird says just get some coilovers or airbags and lower down the car (slam it) and those 18's will look bigger because you lowered it and will look 10x better than lifting it and putting on 22's if it was even possible.

Amount of money you was going to spend on 22" rims and tires you can buy yourself some k-sport coilovers or even air bags.
