3rd Generation Hmm still problems

Well i had posted here awhile back about my slight misfiring problem. Well now i encountered another problem this time it's much worse. Well 2 days ago i was driving down a really beat up road and there was a dip up ahead so i slowed down but it still bottomed out my car no big deal so i kept on going well i stopped at my friends house for about an hr or so then i took off and all was good till about 5 miles down the road i felt a severe misfire . Had to make a turn but when i got off the gas the car stalled so i threw it in neutral and started up but it was running rough pretty badly. Everytime i came to a stop or got off the gas it would stall so i had to keep putting it in neutral and rev it then put it in gear to at least get some speed. Now i bought some new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and even the coil and none solved the problem. it idles fine in park/neutral but in reverese or forward gears it idles really rough. I wonder if something happened to the car when it bottomed out or if it was gonna happen eventually. Any help would be appreciated thanks

Btw it's a 1996 2.2 4cyl 5sfe Forgot to mention it throws out the code p0300 and more specificly p0301 and p0302

Cool

cylinder 1 & 2 misfire.
i would start by checking that the plug wires are fine, along with the wiring to the coil. plus good time to take the plugs out and check them

I just bought a set of ac delco platinums yesterday and some wires and a coil but the problem still persists. The wiring it good and so is the intake plumbing. Im starting to suspect something with the head i should be able to pull it off today and take a look at it

Kinda hard to describe but it'll just run rough you'll know when it has a bad misfire. and it wont make a noise other than a putting sound out the exhaust which is what mine did before it took a dump on me

Cool

check the injectors for those cylinders, along with the compression.

use a spark plug tester to make super sure they work just peachy.
