I'm searching for the answer on here but I figure if someone can tell me first then .... Gr8.

How do you remove the lens from the light housing on the rear corner lamps. The car is a 93 camry LE 4cyl?

Thanks

You want to take apart the Taillight assembly? Put it in the open for 15mins and pry it open...You've got to be really careful the clear lens breaks EASILY

Open the trunk lid. You will see 2 screws on the side of the lens assembly. Remove those 2 screws. Now pull the lens assembly toward the side of the car. It will take some effort but the lens should pop free. It has 2 plastic prongs that hold it to the outside portion of the rear fender area. Those prongs have to pop free. Before replacing it, I like to put a dab of grease on those prongs, so it will pop free easier the next time you have to remove it.

Ok, I wasn't being specific enough. Sorry.
What I meant is... I have the rear lamp assembly removed from the car already. I want to black out the lenses from the inside and I don't know how to remove them from the housing.

u could always just tint them ... alot of ppl have done that in the past

buy some tint from Wal-Mart or whatever and carefully put it on the taillights so they are smoked
