possible breaks problem, could you help dedect what's wrong

I have a weird noise coming from breaks. It start after engine power wash.
So car in the parking position (and not moving obviously) if I apply medium pressure on break pedal strange noise (like belt in tension) coming from front part. If pressure on break pedal is low or high – there are no noise at all (like it always been). It is not a break pads noise – wheels are not in motion. Actually same If I put it on neutral or staying at the traffic or breaking at exit ramp ...(I cannot reproduse that all the time) Recent break check in dealership did not show anything abnormal. Do you guys know what it could be.

If you have ABS it runs a self test whe you start the car. This may be the noise. Usually it makes a pulsing noise.

It acually happened after car well warmed up - let's say after about half on hour driving. Noise is more like a whisle not pulsing at all.
