Engine Problems???

Guys....my Camry is making very loud noise when i start the car, when driving the car....is there something wrong with it....what is the most likely cause of it???
BTW it's pretty slow too when i hit the accerlator (spelling).
Is there anyway i can check if everything is working fine on my car????

Mate, please give us some more details....

You have the 94 V6. You're Aussie. So that means you have the 3vz... is it an auto? How many klicks? have you had any suspension/engine work done recently? What do you mean "pretty slow"? What type of noise is it i.e grinding, clunking, rattle, whine, knock, etc? When was your last service done? Did a dealer do it for you?

We can only help as far as your ability to describe detail.

Sorry guys for the late reply.
I just got told by a mechanic underneat the exhaust is broken, have to take it back for him to look underneat the car, i don't know whether this is true or not....all i did was start the car and he can tell it was the exhaust system.

Mate just wondering do you know how much does it cost aproximately (spelling).
Which is better you think??? take it the exhaust special list or automatic mechanic???

Mate, it could be as simple as a broken downpipe flange. I had a similar problem, cost me $20 to have fixed. Or it could be more complicated and expensive.

Take it to an exhaust place and then look at your options.
