Agreed since I've done this myself. It is a worthy addition to an upgraded suspension.

They are dirt cheap man, it was like the second thing i did to my car. It didn't instantly become a supra or anything but i did notice slightly less body roll in the corners. And like midnight said it makes you engine bay that much cooler also.

3rd Generation Go for it

I have one on my car and I saw less body roll, for the 20-40 dollars i spent to get it, i got some decent performacne out of it (No HP of course). I say it is completely up to you if you want ot get it now or after you get an upgraded suspension, either way you will get a performance increase.

it helps a little and even more with a built suspension but for 20-30 bucks its worth the money imo.
