need suggesstions.....17's or 18's??

i was lookin into buyin some new rims for my 93 v6....i read some treads and on some it says 17's are better...and some says 18's....im just wondering what you guys think i should do......thnxs...TN users...

18s FTW! Here's some advice from someone who knows:

I would go with 18s..... but love 19s the best.

if your going just for "show" , then go bigger...

18's are my preference but im glad i went with 17 and a 45 series tire, it rides much better

17 are the best for performance. Light, doesn't push the rolling mass out too far, lots of tread for traction but still a pretty stiff sidewall. And they fill the fenders fine, just peep Dysks', they are only 17 and they look hella clean

I have 17's and want to sell them now because they aren't big enough for me. I was some 19's or maybe 18's.

I'm in the same boat but I think I'm gonna go with 18s.

I got 16's, but wish I had 17's. the 16's are way better then the stock...14's...in terms of handling and looks, but there is still some margin for improvment. A friend of mine had 18's on his gen 3 a while back though
