Front Passenger Door Lock and Window

When I got new speakers put into my car, the front passenger door lock couldn't be turned elecronically, it had to be physically locked. I didn't think much of it but now I want it to be electronic and everything. So I pop the door open to see if there was a short in the wire, but I could not find one. Now the automatic window just for that side won't work. I don't know what I did to cause that but I just unscrewed and popped the door off and then searched for the short in the wire. The window was already down. If someone can help me fix the window problem and the lock problem that would be nice, but I really just want to get window back up. If there is a way to manually put the window up that would be nice. I have a '97 Camry LE. everything is automatic.
