3rd Generation The "NEW" Suspension Noise Fix - Eibach

I thought I would post this up, since I finally found out why Camry's will have some nasty noises/clicks etc after a new suspension.

If you have a noise problem and you have Eibach springs, this applies to you.

The fix...

Buy new springs other than Eibach

Why? I dont know I didnt make them.

This is my timeline.

Stock Struts + Intrax = No noise
KYB + Intrax = No noise
KYB + Eibach = Nasty Clicks and Noises
KYB+ Eibach + New Mounts = Nasty Clicks and Noises
KYB + Stock Springs = No Noise

Thats my personal feel. I know that more than most owners of Eibach have problems.

Post your thoughts / opinions / etc

I've got intrax+tokicos and I have clunks. But I didn't replace my mounts yet, so YMMV. It was just coming from the front at first but now I think it's coming from everywhere at times. I'll be getting coilovers if I ever do anything big, so I'm not too worried about it.

Well, I'll let you know by the end of next week. I will have installed Eibach and Tokico with TRD Rear Sway Bar and the bushings will be replaced.
