Wheel Question! Urgent

On my 93 Camry the tire size is 195/70-14. I am in need of tires right now because I can see the wires from inside -_-... My mom has her stock 03 Camry Le wheels which are 205/65-15. I wanted to know if they will rub or scratch if I take tight turns or go canyon carving.

Also, would there be any problem running those 03 camry wheels when the car is lowered with Tokico Blues and Intrax springs? I don't want the tires to scratch or anything.

they should be fine ... i dont know about with the intrax drop, especially since Intrax doesnt always drop evenly

but with a 15" rim, you wont bottom out ... thats for sure

205/65R15 will fit fine as the V6 models from 93 came with that size as well. However, the those tires are slightly larger in diameter. The speedo (probably the speed sensor, not the speedometer) for the V6 is calibrated to take into account the larger tire diameter.

The 205/65R15 will still work. Your speedometer will just read a little slower

What you want are 205/60R15s. It won't rub, but if you're going to go to the tyrouble of lowering your car, I would get some bigger wheels (16s or 17s). 205/55R16 tires will work and the tires are still affordable. 215/45R17s are still the same diameter and should work, but the tires get a lot more expensive.

Keep in mind you need to get the appropriate sized wheels to fit any of these tires.
