3rd Generation Have 4 choices for resonators which should I pick?

Hey guys feeling like buying that resonator for my raspy apexi N1 custom exhaust now. Here's the four choices I'm thinking about pressing buy it now lol...

1) Cherry Bomb Glasspack Muffler- 2.5" in/outlet- body length 26"- $29.99

2) Flowtech Red Hots Glasspack Muffler- 2.5" in/outlet- body length 18"- $19.99

3) Thrush Magnum Glasspack Muffler- 2.5" in/outlet- body length 28"- $25.99

4) Moroso Spiral Flow Muffler- 2.5" in/outlet- body length 12"- $50.99

I believe the Moroso is just a small muffler but considering it as a option. Just trying something out to lose that raspyiness my exhaust system gives out while cruising around.
Seen some videos with people who have glasspacks on different cars but they use it as a muffler alone and they sound horrible. I'm trying to put it around the stock resonator 's location.

So which one should I go with?

I'm trying to use it as a resonator not just as a muffler- I already have a muffler!!! Think of it as a pre-muffler. The horrible sound is probably those people who use it as a muffler alone and that's it which I've heard and are nasty.

a cheap glass pack will do the same thing as an expensive one, if they are the same size atleast

go for the least expensive one

i got a generic glasspack at my muffler shop and it works great

glasspacks just tune the "raspy" into "grumble" ... thats the best way i can explain it

if you insist on getting one, dont get the Cherry Bomb ... they sound retarded no matter where u place them, IMO

in most cases the really crappy sound u get is either from an exhaust with only glasspack(s) or only muffler(s). when u combine them u typically get a pretty smooth sound.

The longer the glass pack the more "rasp" it will take out. It is simple high pitch sounds (honda rasp) have a short wave length. Verses low pitch sounds (V8 grumble) have long wave lengths. The length and placement of the glasspack affect the sound. So it is simple to tune your exhaust. The long the glass pack the more high and mid pitch sounds it will take out, only allowing the lower ones through. Putting the glass pack closer to the front of the exhaust system will also help.

I had a '91 tercel with two 24" thrush glass packs on it. This was all it had for mufflers. It was the nicest sounding exhuast I've had. It was cheap and straight through. I had one right before the cat., and after the down pipe. And one in place of the muffler.

So I would suggest getting the cheapest, longest glasspack. This will give you the most bang for your buck.

Checkout the flowtech purple hornie.

It's what I used in my exhaust setup and sounds great, imo.
