Bushing mount. What should improve once replaced?

Hi, okay I mentioned earlier how the mechanic refused to allign my car for the second time unless I replace my bushing mount. What improvement or difference would be felt or observed once my bushing mount are replaced. From my knowledge, it will tighten the steering wheel when doing turns and not be lose in the sence of being able to turn it left and right to certain degrees and not actually having the car turn when the steering wheel is turned to a certain degree of about 15 to 20 degrees.

Now my next request is, if it really will help my steering wheel becoming tight. I personally cannot order the piece from the website. What sucks is that it only costs 20 bucks and there is no way I can order it from a website because of my location. What even sucks more, is they don't sell the piece over here and Im not going to go to a scrap garage cause last time they replaced the wrong peice which ended up costing me over 300 bucks in total and I regret dealing with dumbass illitrete mechanics. To replace the part I have to replace the whole front steering gear/linkage which will cost more than a 1000 bucks. So it is possible if there is anyone out there that can help me out by ordering me this part and maybe we can work something out? I can't afford to lose my Camry. The sentimental value I got for it is way more than what its market value actually is. Help

This is the piece I need http://replacement.autopartswarehous...ushing&dp=true
its for 13 bucks.
