Alternator belt is easy. There are two bolts you want to loosen that are at the alternator. One is to lock the position/tension (faces sideways toward the center of the engine well), and the other is the one that increases/decreases the tension (bolt at the top of the alternator that runs through a little block). The PS belt is removed by also loosening a bolt that the PS pump pivots on and another bolt that locks it in that position (but for this belt you have to wedge a small prybar and place the tension manually.) The PS belt is reached more easily (to me) by taking off the passenger side tire/wheel and fender apron (behind the wheel - two 10mm bolts) and reaching it from underneath. There are downloadable PDF files at camrymanuals.com. Your timing belt is also going to need replacing if you have not done it already - it is much more entailed to do than these drive belts.

Is there a specific sequence you need to do this in? Which belt is removed first?

the alternator belt has to be removed first because it blockes the PS belt from coming off.
