A little lighting problem

I have a 94 LE 4 door and I have a few lighting problems. My front left turn signal does not work. The back flicks real fast but the front does not light up. I tried 4 diferant bulbs. One was even from the other side that worked just before i tried it on the left side. I know it is getting power because i stuck my finger in there to see if it was gettin any juice and i got a little shock meaning its getting power right? I changed the wires and leads to the bulb. Still dosent work..Imkinda stuck any help?


And also the brake light on the rear left side lights up when i turn on my headlights. When I brake it dosent get any brighter like it should, but its the same bulb? When my lights are off it dosent light up at all? Any help with either of these would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

get yourself a test light. they're like $1 from any auto shop. then test your power to the socket properly.

you've got the globe in the wrong way. they only go in one way and they'll do this if they're 180 degrees out. pull the globe out, rotate it 180 degrees and put it back in.
