3rd Generation Bit of an update! PICS 56k take a nap!

well for the past few weeks i been working on my camry, getting her into shape. i was replacing the windsheild seal ontop and i cracked the windsheild, i then dropped the sander i was using to remove the rust from the channel up there on the hood and from there is snowballed into something like this..............

leaking windsheild started all of this

me with a die grinder

prety rusted

prepping the hood

spotless interior

sun roof removed

debaged

where the interior ended up

the aformetioned badges

font shot

my brother with the sander

my current ride

right now just prepwork is going on, there will be a full 3 step paint job, also working on convincing my frined to borrow his welder for the windsheild channel repair, otherwise there was some work done today just havent had time to take the pics, these are from sunday have fun all.

i knew this auto body and colision repair degree would come in handy one day, i never thought for this but oh well.

Bit of an update the compressor i was using, died. The pressure switch went bad on it so work is gonna be on hold for a lil while here untill i can get that going again, i was thinking about using big blue you can see in the pictures in the back but she's not very good for the constant psi that i need. other than that the bill for this "restore" is adding up quickly, im doing the front end conversion and i also need to go get a new rear bumper while im at it, i found a hole on the underside while taking it off and i dont want to patch it, the passenger side fender needs replacement cause its not an toyota oem and dosent give good fitment, upholstery has to be done and the leather has to be changed out. need the depo clears and exhaust work needs to be doen cause the flex is leaking, also need a new windsheild.
