I got some clear corners and installed them just fine on my 95 xle, but was wondering if I would need amber bulbs for them or if white is ok and legal. If it is alright, which i'm guessing it is, what the heck is the purpose of the amber corner light since the turn signal is on the bumper.

I dont believe it is legal to have white turn signal, you can have silver bulbs that glow amber though

amber is usually the only legal color, but some people can get away with white/red and all sorts of stuff

no no, its not my turn signal, the turn signal is on the bumper light, this just the corner lights

the corners havta be amber too - i asked around cuz i want clear corners AND bumpers

i have amber colored bulbs in my corners...no problems....i also do not have a reflector plate either...
