Aerodynamics Question?? Toys??

Toys this one is pretty much just for you however there wasn't a post on here about it so i figured i'd go this route rather than pm. Anyway i just ran across one of your old posts on toyotatuners.com about making an undercarrage panel to improve aerodynamic efficiency. On the old post you of you es300 you said it went from 24 to 28 hwy mpg. Anyway my question is how did the mod hold up over time did you get consistent mpg and hwy driving improvement. I know this is bringing up old issues i just would like to know long term impressions. (i.e. any overheating or problems?)

He made a post on these boards as well in regards to making it.

I believe he made his of fiberglass, which likely would hold up pretty well, so I shouldn't imagine (so long as the item doesn't deteriorate) the MPG shouldn't change.

Speaking of which, you just reminded me I need to make one for my Camry still. haha

I did quite a bit of searching on TN, i was prob just searching the wrong stuff tho. On the other fourm he said abs plastic which i would think would be much better than fiberglass because it is much more flexible, here is the link for the original post http://www.toyotatuners.com/forum/showthread.php?t=158. I think i might head to lowes here this afternoon and try this. I'm getting ready to drive from ohio to florida in like 3 weeks and 4mpg over that trip would more than pay itself.
