SAFCs are ok.. but only good for basic mods. I have first hand experience with installing and setting up an e-manage blue with the injector and ignition harness and it's a nice piggyback. I am working on a megasquirt setup for my Celica right now and I would say do that, but it's kind of advanced LoL
Skip the SAFC for sure and get something you can tune using some nice tables, but don't expect power until you go forced induction.
