1996 camry Le making noise

I have a question... my 1996 Camry Toyota Le 4 cylinder 5sfe engine... when i turn around 360 degrees, i heard a clicking sound....and then if i return back to 180 degree (on thd road) then the noise go away... only happen when turn 360 degrees (like go around the circle)... two weeks, i got passenssar axial replaced and bearing replaced... the noise was there before i replaced axial and bearing... Do you guys have any suggestion what can be? this noise only happen when you turn 360 degrees.and if you go straight like 180 degrees...there isn't any noise at all... the noise like clicking and clicking (sound like a meter rub against a rubber)....

has anyone has the same problem i have? suggestion is away appreciated...

thanks...

I cant tell what youre trying to say BUT could be either CV joints or a u-joint in the steering column.

check the driver's side CV joint. the clicking noise when the car is making a turn is 9 times out of 10 a bad CV joint. on the passenger side, was the whole axle replaced or was just the CV boot replaced?

it was CV boot replaced (boot that connect to passenssar wheel)...orginal my wheel shaking when i jacked it up..and hold the front passenssar 's wheel...the wheel shaking...that is the only reason i replaced CV boot...... the noise sound come from the passenssar side...and clicking when turn 360 to the right to left ...is the a way you can check CV joint? can u do test drive to verify...i am thinking to hold a tape recorder to record while i turn the 360 degrees....the sound cliking and clicking..then i return to 180 degrees..the sound go away.....this happen only when turn 360 degree...if i turn 90 degrees..i don't heard the noise...only i turn a sharp turn..i heard the noise..

You also might be hitting the wheel locks if you turn too tight... it's to prevent the wheel from turning too far out.

I had the exact same problem and when I replaced my CV joints the noise went away. So yeah its the CV joint 99.99999%.
