Angry Unable to remove alternator bracket

Heres another timing belt question:

I am on this step:

Removing the 2 green arrows. The problem is I can't. They are stuck on there with some mojo that I have never seen before. The red circle came out no problem. I've soaked both with so much liquid wrench that there is more liquid wrench then car now. Since I can't really swing a hammer in there, I put a box wrench on both and hit the wrench. I also hit the bracket too. I also tried to tighten it then loosen. There really isn't enough room to get any kind of extension in there. I am starting to round off the head because my wrench keeps slipping off. Any suggestions? It looks like it needs to come off, right?

That looks about the same as the 98 5s-fe. Try using a combination wrench ... 14 mm? from the lower side access panel. There should be just enough room to get to those two bolts. If you can just get a wrench to grip on the bolt head, you can devise some kind of cheater or lever to assist on the end of that wrench. I don't recall using a ratchet here ... not sure if it will fit.
.... Or do I understand the problem? Are you sure you have the wrench on the bolts?
.... If you can in fact get a wrench on the bolts, then go to a GM car dealer and buy a spray can of
"Rust Penetrant and Inhibitor" part# 1052627
Spray liberally, and let set for a while .... maybe repeat. You should get some results, as this is very effective.

It is 14 mm, there isn't enough room to get a ratchet on there. I tried from the bottom, but because of the angle of the head, the wrench comes off at an odd angle so I can't get an extension on there. I tried liquid wrench, which is like the GM stuff and PB blaster. It has sat for 2 days and I spray and tap every 12 hours or so....

Until you get a wrench to sit flat on the bolt, you can't make any progress at all. One time I had to take a hack saw and cut a comb. wrench in half just to have enough room to get it in place. ..... Just went to the store and bought one of the economy brands. The best thing would be to get a hex socket wrench .... 6 sided to fit on the bolts. That would have much better grip .... no slipping. .... I see a lot of rust in the pictures. That could be part of the problem. Personally, I use the GM spray. It seems to work much better.

14mm wrench, 6pt better but I managed with 12pt. Cut the open end off the wrench with a hacksaw so that you can get a pipe over the shaft. Get a pipe, maybe 2 feet long and use it from the top as a breaker bar. Then go out and buy a new 14mm boxed end wrench.

Get a 3/8" drive breaker bar, maybe 15" long. Also use the 6 point socket. The breaker bar doesn't require much end clearance, like a ratchet does, and will allow you to use a 12" piece of pipe on the end for more leverage. .... Seems like this is what I used to get those two bolts loose. .... Whatever you decide on the penetrant oil .... However, this is definitely not a spot to get a broken bolt.
