difference in 3vz-fe ECUs?

so i was at the local junkyard today and I grabbed a 3vz-fe M/T ECU from a 92 es300. The part # on the case is 89661-33110 but when i looked up the part # online it said "Part number 8966133110 was superceded by part number 8966133111." for the 3vz-fe

im just wondering what could possibly be the difference between 89661-33110 vs. 8966133111?

it says the auto ecu was superceded aswell

basically im seeing 3 diff part #s for the same ECU

the pattern follows:
89661-33110 is found in 92's
89661-33111 is found in 93's
89661-06011 is in some 93's

these are all "3vz-fe m/t"
