MY00 CAMRY 4cl LE auto, how to add transmission fluid.

i noticed that my car is a little slugish, esp. when it's cold, i decided to check the transmission fluid, and found it was low.

when the car is hot, the reading on my dip stick is 1/3 inch lower than (hot Min)
my question is:

1. what kind of fluid?
2. how much do i need? i heard over-fill the tranny is bad.
3. how do it refill? through the dipstick pipe?
thanks

You fill the transmission oil through the dip stick so i suggest you get a funnel

If your going to add transmission oil i sugguest you drop you pan and and drain the old fluid, put in new transmission fluid...it also depends on the mileage of your car...because i had bought three bottles of transmission fluid for cars over 75,000 miles i forgot the name...i only used two bottles plus a bottle of LUCUS transmission lubricant type of thing dont remember the name atm, but the car is running better than ever and i have a 1999 LE

never use fluid additives or lube, btw ... it can cause air pockets/bubbles and all sorts of problems

thx for suggestion.
i have 100K, i changed my filter (the pan) and fluid last year, so i guess i don't need to flush the whole thing again this year.
the question is: how much fluid do i need to if i am 1/4 inch down than the HOT MIN line?
