3rd Generation Question about manual lumbar support

So there is a handle on the side of the drivers seat for lumbar support, when i first got the car the seat was comfy but i fiddled with the handle and now the base of the seat sticks out into my lower back.

How do i reverse the lumbar support since the handle only moves one way?

Or do you keep pulling the handle until the lumbar support 'resets' itself?
