Weak Battery?

My 96 camry i4 seems to not deliver enough amps. When the car is idle under 1k rpm, the headlights dim and so does all the lights in the dash. Also, when I close more than one window at the same time, they go up extremely slow. I guess it makes sense but i know that in the explorer my dad drives, he gets enough electricity and so does my brothers mitsu. Is it the alternators fault or what? Or is it normal, which sucks.

I believe it's normal. My 99 camry does the same thing as far as the windows go, I'm not sure about the rpm's and lights though.

Dang it, i hoped that my car had something wrong with it. This just doesn't happen in the newer cars.
