Intermediate Pipes

My 92 SE V6 has been sitting a bit lately without running, and lo and behold I've developed a hole in the flex portion of my intermediate pipe. It's significant enough to make the car annoying and loud while driving, so I want to replace it.

I have seen several places online that sell replacement intermediate pipes for the 3VZ-FE for about $110. I think with enough gumption, I could get the existing bolts out and replace this myself. My question-- has anyone had experience with the aftermarket (OEM-style) intermediate pipes? I'm wondering if they're actually a near-perfect fit or if they're kinda-close-but-need-work-to-fit-properly.

Anyone?

Thanks!

i used a catco part and it bolted perfectly into place. the only difficult part was the old rusty bolts had to be cut off rather than unscrewed.
