ur local junkyard. its the lower bumper off the early ford taurus, like early mid 90s. got it for 10 bucks to boot. eyeball96 has the same thing and did a better job then me with it.
yeah thats it, my memory is really bad. i personally think there are nicer lips out there(infact im going to be trying one soon) then the one on my car but u cant beat the money or abundance of the things.
there are holes "mounts" on the top of that lip that ford uses to attach it to the rest of the bumper. i just aligned it on the bumper, marked it, drilled holes then ran bolts through and it works great. i only used tape to hold it up while i aligned it and marked the holes.
