On the steering wheel, why don't you just get one one of these from Grant?

It snaps on, you can keep the air bag.

Comes in either burlwood or rosewood.

On the headlights, are these what you're looking for? These are called DEPO Headlights. It's designed for the 92-94 models, but can be made to work on the 96.

I found it here

You see these on eBay also

Those Depo's are as good as it get's for the gen 3 Camry. If you want to put them on your 96 you're also going to have to replace your grill with one from a 92-94 Camry as well as do a little grinding on the top of your bumper cover to make it all fit.

IMO, those snap-on units look kinda weak. Do they look better in person?

Depo clears look sweet! Again, I've only seen in pictures, but I have Depo branded OEM light replacements, and they're high quality units.

The gen 3 front end looks better than the gen 3.5 IMHO. And if it works in your budget, just get the clear one-piece headlights and clear turn signals. That will look amazing.

3rd Generation

I don't know about 'clear' one piece headlights, but I know the JDM headlights were one-piece, but I think they were the same clarity of the usdm ones.

On the other hand, the jdm headlights I have on my 95 do look *slightly* clearer than what my original ones did, and that was after I polished them pretty clear.
