We have a guy around Memphis that drives a Yellow Impala/Caprice? mid-90's style with ' 24" ' on his rear doors and drives around like the car in those pics.
I also saw a couple of weeks ago downtown a guy that had a new(er) Charger with what looked like 20's or 22's on it and with the tires were so big that you can see in the front where they had just screwed up his fenders from turning, just awful.

I saw a an old jaguar four door body put onto a blazer frame the other day, with monster truck type tires to boot. So pointless. IT was parked though so I wasn't by it long enough to snap a pic.
