Shiny Valve Head Cover Paint

I bought the high heat enamel paint to paint my valve head but it looks dull. I noticed this guy below has shiny paint. What paint is this?

Engine Enamel and High Heat make both dull and metallic paints ... however alot of people add a clear coat to make it somewhat glossy

I wouldn't say retarded. The link is in the 5s-FTE sticky but its pretty much hidden. There's so many friggin words in that sticky, you have to search for it.

Comes in 500 degree and 1200 degree. 500 is more then plenty for a valve cover.

P.S. Thats meisners camry. You noobs wouldn't know, but he's a old member of this forum.

3rded. I think Steve was one of the first 5S-FTE's on the block (at least that I recall) and he started with the Brullien (sp?) kit and expanded out from there.

I used the 1200 degree Ceramic Coated Dupli-Color High Heat Paint on my Maxima Valve cover.

50% Shiny than the 500 degree.

http://www.cardomain.com/ride/218832/4

at times it looked like chrome.
