Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
Do uall like having it? Would u take it off if u could? Would add it if u didn't?
When I got the Coupe it had a pretty ugly, cracked up, faded wood dash on it...hard to tell which color, but it was dark. I took it off! Now I think I'll put another one on! Now to decide which one?...another thought I had was to get my painter to paint the bezel 3L3 the same color as the exterior, that would be more expensive than the wood Kit tho! Ur opinions are appreciated.

I have wood for my gen 4 and I used to like it but now the only prob is that it doesnt match in my gauges with my reverse glows :/ looks a bit funny during the day but at night you cant tell
well honestly i think there are 3 colors that would work with urs joe. wood is classy and ur car has some class to it(wouldnt be my choice though), brushed aluminium(kinda over plaied, but had in my old gen3 and liked alot) and color match which is very custom and yet has a classy look to it if the colot is right, which urs is. color match is also the cheapest since u can just paint it urself. i did it to my dash and it looks great IMO, and i didnt try very hard or even sand or clearcoat it, which would make it even better..
Thanks Bird for ur opinion. But I saw this color and it kinda matched the exterior, plus I get 14 pieces! It'd be hard to paint 14 freaken pieces...thats alot of paint huffin!! LOL
Red Burl The only problem is, the wife thinks "its ugly"

I wouldnt do it the exterior color... the way i see it is if my dash was any other color i'd want ti to be black, and it is black so im happy. But i dont think the exterior color will look good inside then you would need more of the same color accents. Maybe go silver, or a dark charcoal? But a dark wood might be nice...
I have a nice dark wood trim on my gen 3.5. I don't remember if it's burlwood or not (been a long time). I think it looks very nice on my car, since it has the oak leather interior. I'm out of town for the summer, but when I return home in a couple weeks I'll gladly post some pics if you'd like.
I have wood dash and I like it. But I dont think it would go well with your car. The color of the body and the style wheels your running say more "Sport" to me. Wood trim usually conveys a sense of luxury and It would clash with a sporty look.
If I had wood trim in my Talon, it'd just be weird.
