98 Camry LE V6 issues

My 98 Toyota Camry LE V6 shows the following signs on the dashboard

1. Malfunction Indicator Lamp

2. Low Oil Pressure Warning Light

3. Discharge Warning Light

The lights are on only when the Car Key is in "ON" position, but goes off when I turn on the ignition. I checked the Toyota Camry manual and it says that this is a problem only when the light comes up during driving, but does not mention anything about it when the light comes, when the Key is in "ON" position.

I changed the oil recently, and thought the lights would go off, but that didn't have any effect on those lights.

As such the car is running smooth but now I'm worried whether there are any serious problem with the car or the components? It just went past the 120K Mileage and the 120K service is pending from my side. Could that be the cause of this? Any quick help is really appreciated.

When you turn the key to the 'ON' position (not starting), those lights SHOULD come on or else there's an issue. After starting, the lights should go off a few seconds or so. If they do, it's fine. Now if they come on while driving, you got an issue.
