one of my friends was driving behind me [in his 1989 Land Cruiser, woot woot!] and said he saw a puff of white smoke from my exhaust as i went WOT to get on the on-ramp
so i decided to check it out .... this is what my exhaust looks like at a cold start [remember, its 100+ degrees, so this isnt just visible in the cold]
i think its fine, but i did notice the white puff .... what do you guys think?

engine was cold, but im not too worried about it ... i distrust this car more and more every day
the tranny has been acting a little funny lately ... but that might be because the kick-down cable has been tightened all the way for a long time [and i didnt do it, so idk how that happened]

Just the other day I saw a new WRX STi put out a huge cloud of white smoke when he accelerated in the middle of the on-ramp. But he may be having fuel issues if he's been tuning it.
well for example, on saturday nights i go downtown and hang out with a bunch of car people:
basically whenever we drive around, we're doin nothing but WOT - cuz we're all a bunch of idiot kids, haha .... but i accidentally put it in neutral and bounced on the rev limiter cuz i dropped something and hit the shifter .... and i was going 45 mph, so i shifted in to drive at like 6k rpms .... well i went flying down the road - i was SURE that my tranny was going to explode the whole way home

just kidding, bouncing off the revlimiter isnt bad if ur not doing it all the time, thats what its there for. hwe had a very long argument a while back about such a topic...havnt seen that guy since i would maby look into loosening the calbe to factory position.
here in MD we have tons of small shows that u have to commute around to, i got tired of all the ricers when i had my El Camino. and i dont think they liked me rollin in with my pose(fellow muscle car people, some of which were show offs). some places were really cool though.
