Is it the sensor when you first open the hood or is it the one down below under the car?

P1135
Air/Fuel Sensor Heater Circuit Response. (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
I defintly saw one that looked identical when I opened the hood of the car.. it was right in front of me I couldn't of missed it.. however I was reading websites and saw that there is also something similar under the car as well .. i'm just curious as to which one is having the problem.

I have a 2001 Camry LE 4cyl.
