3rd Generation Radiator Flush!

ok, so i need to do a radiator flush in my 95 camry.
my boyfriend told me how to do it at one point, but unfortunantly i am not sure if i have it right, and he is out of cell range.

can any1 please describe it step by step for me please?

It's best to add a radiator flusher first like prestone makes some radiator flushers. Add this in the mist of adding water to the system and let it circulate for a couple of days.
