Canada High Mileage oils G or B

Has anyone any good or bad experience with these oils? I have start up blues-- a puff from leaking valve seals at about 240,000 km
Will it help?

good. they've got additives for older engines. but you should start using them at 75000 miles or even sooner.

heck i dont even think running high mileage oil in brand new cars is a bad thing, except for it maybe more costly for no good reason.
