Ever heard of weight reduction, anyway junkyards are really fun I go with my mom and we walk around for hours finding parts always when it's raining, this is one of the few things I dislike about this city; most people are really poor so the junkyard doesn't have any 300ZX's, Supra's (seen 1 Gen 2), or anything really good, there are about 80 Gen 2 camry's though
So, today I bought two fenders, a hood, and the upper part of the core support including the hood lock mechanism.
The hood is on already, but due to the old accident I had with the car, the old radiator/core support was knocked back pretty well, so the hood wouldn't close right. So, we used a prybar to pull it back, and the hood locks now pretty well, so it should hold until I actually do the entire conversion.
My plans for the overhaul on the car are to basically restore the front end to perfect condition, and then install a nice looking body kit on the car and get it painted gloss black.
