Yeah, you can use something like these. I just used them in my '95.

I had to do some trimming on them to get them to fit, but it worked out well.

That's assuming you want to install new 6X9s. If you want something else back there, you'll need a different adapter.

It's been a while since I posted this/visited this site. I'm glad it helped some of you out with whatever you were doing. I got a "related" question for you guys. What is the best way to clean all that seats? Can I soak them in the washer? Blast them with pressure washer? Mine are really dirty !

cheers for the help. this thread helped me with my rear 6x9 clarions. i ended up makin my own speaker brackets out of mdf 1/4" thick. and that made them go in heaps easy stupid custom stock brackets
