my 96camry, post accident pics. fixed.

car was in an accident. now its fixed. fathers cousin fixed it. parts: 400. labor: 550

PARTS REPLACED DUE TO ACCIDENT: new headlights, corner lights, front bumper, left fender, hood, one turn signal. fixed the bent radiator support. new grill(needs emblem).

and pics of the amp i installed back in january. a pyramid 1,000 watt 4 channel. good amp.
the light i put in the trunk.

the piece above the rear speakers is black. cuz i didnt remove the part to replace the speakers, i just took off the grills and cut around em to put the new speakers in, dumb me, it was before i discovered rayrayonline and this forum. its black cloth from autozone and i cut it to size. it is breathable for the speakers, you can see light through it if you put a light to it. i can do a black interior but i wont have the car after the winter my dad will. i painted the 3rd brake light plastic with krylon black paint, small can, didnt even need clearcoat.

the fire estinguisher which i had laying around so i mounted it on the right side piece of wood by the jack.

and i installed the stereo myself (crappy brand cuz i'm broke) its a pyle, plays mp3cds crappyily since they skip and arent even scratched and it plays a thumbdrive flash drive which is one gig and hold 200 songs which is all i need. its plays well, just not good for playing cds. radio sounds good to. its loud.

and my 12 inch subwoofer. 30 bux on ebay. sounds good. says its 800watts. but yeah right. i built the box myself. all you need is wood, long screws, speaker cloth from autozone (same one i used for the rear speaker panel) and a speaker terminal from ebay that mounts on the side so you can hook up the speakers and unhook them.

any questions just ask.

ACCIDENT PICS:

FIXED (TODAY): HOOD, both fenders, left door, front bumper painted.

midnight you sure have a lot of damn mods. post more pics of them PLEASE. thanks man.

i love my car. looks better than before. its strong. its white. sounds good thanks to me. will get me to and from work. it saved me so many hours from traveling into brooklyn and back.

and my girlfriend would rather be in the car than in the hot sun or stink bus and train. which we experienced for years.

Hey midnight, did you happen to get those letters out of a MAxim magazine, the ones on your coin tray that says Camry?

kinda of. no one in his car was hurt, and he had 3 passengers.
i was not hurt.

my car is fixed which cost me a $1,000 since i have liability (not full coverage).

his will be fixed. butttttttt he got a check for 8,000 and he was getting another one for additional damage. so who knows how much my insurance might go up for 3 years. but i'll be able to afford it so i guess i cant complain, it could of been worse, i could of killed somone or been sued.

yeah spray painted the engline plastics and valve cover. the valve cover has been done a lot. red phoenix did it nicely. but i wouldnt remove it to do it. just cover everything else. use high temperature paint.

the plastics you should remove and paint em, let em dry, then put em back.

the hoses, you can use a silicone hose spray to make them look wet and shiny and clean.

and you can use those wire looms as well to dress things up.
