heat???

i dont know if you other 3rd gen camry have this problem but after a while of drivng my car and pushing it hard heat comes trought the vents and my feet feel like they are buring and the ones on the dash bord also push out heat , is their a way to fix this is thier a fliter that need to be change what can i do , i did look and see that down by my feet thier were two pips look like they were coming form the engen the were hot but that dones not explain why it come out the vents , i would put picks up but i cant it keep asking for a web sit i wanna upload for my hard drive .

Those two hoses are for your heater core; that's what makes your heater get 'hot' when the temperature knob is turned to the red side of the climate switch. To better explain, as your engine coolant gets warm, it circulates and there's a valve that when open circulates through the heater core which in turn gives out heat which your blower fan propels towards the vents. If you're feeling heat, make sure for 1) that you're temp setting isn't on hot and 2) with the hood raised, have someone turn the temp knob while you're watching the little box with a wire stuck to the firewall. The wire should pull in and out, that's a valve that opens and closes the hot coolant from circulating through the heater core. If it's not moving then you need to replace that valve.

At least yours works, most people complain that it never gets warm But I understand this is not the time of the year that you want your heater working.

renmike pefect homey the little valve was not closing all the way even tho on the inside it seem as if it was a little positive preswasion works like a charm

Glad I could help. Just for good measure, you might want to try to spray some wd-40 on the part of the valve that moves to help keep it freed up.
