4th Generation RPMs Jump

Yeah, just woundering if its normal for RPMs to jump from idle (650) to around 1K when you turn the steering wheel while standing in place.

pretty much, it take alot of effort to turn the wheels at a stand still. but id check ur ps fluid level just to make sure its full.
