3rd Generation Disable DRL on 1994 Camry

I've got a 1994 Camry with DRLs. Lived in Canada for awhile and they forced us to install DRLs. Does anybody know how to disable the DRL on a 1994 Camry? If it makes a difference the vin starts with a J, and they installed it. I bought the Camry in the states.

EDIT: I found the DRL on the electrical schematic provided in the sticky. But I have no idea what it looks like. On the schematic it is D4.

There is a DLR fusebox you can find it by looking in your owners manual, last time i tryed pulling the fuse(s) relating to it the hi-beam dash light came on and my high beams didnt work... So Pulling fuses doesnt really work...

In the Gen4 there is a connector at the back left of the engine bay..back where the wiring harness goes through the firewall...

I was thinking of pulling the drl and seeing what it does, but I guess some sort of switch is needed? According the schematic it is just a relay.
