What to check/replace on a 1998 with 105K

I just bought a 98 Camry LE 4 cyl auto with 105K miles on it. I'm taking it to the shop tomorrow, what should I have them check or replace?
My current plans include, tranny flush, coolant flush, inspect brakes, fix rattling muffler. Any major things I'm forgetting??

Thanks for the help,

FMC

Shouldn't you've taken it to the shop BEFORE you bought it?

Check condition of power steering fluid, trans fluid, diff fluid.
Should be ATF red.
Need to verify age or replacement of timing belt and water pump.

Easy there turbo, I did have a mechanic look at it on the test drive. He checked the fluid levels, poked around under the hood, pointed out the rattling muffler, checked and added freon etc. He was not my mechanic though, just a shop I pulled into that did the check for free for me (even the freon addition).
Now that I've bought the car, I'm looking at performing actual services that might be due etc. so I have complete confidence letting my wife and daughter take off in it.

Look on the timing belt cover. If there is a sticker that says it was changed at 83,000, it might be my trade in. What color, what tires, and is there a dent on the passenger side over the rear wheel? If yes, I can give you it's history.
