Pull out the cigarette lighter and try to yank the little piece off, then you just wire whatever up, it's just that one piece

There are 2 clips that hold that U-shaped trim piece surrrounding the radio and climate controls on. They are on the bottom at each side. I found it best to use a dental pick or a j-hook tool to loosen the clips. Stick the j-hook tool or dental pick under the bottom at each side and pull towards the back of the car. It will release the clip. Then remove the top portion of the trim piece by pulling in and down; it just hooks on a lip under the piece above it. Now reach behind and disconnect the wiring to the cigar lighter and the light surrounding it. The trim piece is now free. There will be 4 screws (usually phillips hex-washer head screws) holding the radio in to it's cage. Remove the screws and pull the radio forward. Reach behind it and disconnect the electrical connectors and the antenna. The radio is now free.
