tune up issue

Im trying to do the BEST and most efficient (an money saving) process here.

I have a '94 Camry. 167+ miles on her. Just did a full service oil change...they CLAIMED to have checked all other fluids an crap.

My car runs fine...HOWEVER sometimes when turning the ignition it seems as if the engine is struggling to catch on or something. Its not turning over...but sort of stumbles before it actually turns on, if you know what I mean.
Here's what I want to change:

spark plugs
seafoam
Oxygen sensors

and MAYBE an AEM air intake system (dont think its really needed though...that would be more for performance...aka just to have).

I know spark plugs are a BITCH to change on a 94 v6 camry. A shop gave me a quote of $50 to change my plugs (that requires me to buy my own at Kragen or some shit...which isnt a problem...WHICH SPARK PLUGS WOULD BE BEST TO BUY??)

Any other suggestions!!

AGAIN, the CAMRY IS running fine...but I think its pretty overdue for a tune up....I DONT feel like paying a dumbass mechaninc to CHECK a whole bunch of crap for $200+. Ive changed my air filter about a month ago....fluids have been checked...yada yada....

SO WHO KNOW THE BEST THING/COMBINATION TO DO??????
GRASSYASS(gacias)(thanks)

As for plugs and wires, I would totally suggest trying to find a set of NGK platnum or iridium plugs and a set of NGK wires. Also, if anything I'd get a mechanic to do would be to check the timing. If there's anyways they can check other parts of the ignition system (I don't know if the 94 have distributor or coil packs) I'd go ahead and do that.

If you get plats, make sure they gap it right.

Don't all plugs come pre-gapped and also have you cleaned the throttle body, that could cause the hesitation.

I havent cleaned the throttle body. I did a LITTLE research on that part....isnt it exposed after you remove the air intake or something...Ive heard most people run seafoam through it or something. Let me know how to go about cleaning that

They're supposed to be *pre-gapped* but I double-check for my own piece of mind. Toyota recommends platinum tipped plugs for the 92-93 v6 Camry's. I changed my plugs while I was replacing my valve cover gaskets last weekend and the only 'platinum' plugs I could find were bosch, and I've never had good luck nor heard of anyone else who really did. All I could find that were ngk were iridiums, and they ran about 7 bucks each.

Taking some throttle body cleaner and a brush and cleaning the throttle body is never a bad idea. I don't know how much of the hesitation it'll fix, but it's good maintance.
