Crankshaft Pulley Holding Tool

HI,

I need to loose the bolt Crankshaft, and I am not sure where to buy a pulley holding tool. try to get the bolt loose on Crankshaft 96 Toyota Camry 4 Cylinder... Has anyone has any suggestion where i can buy the tool to hold the Crankshaft to loose the bolt?

hope you can give suggestion where I can get the tool or online websites to buy tool to remove Crankshaft on Toyota 96 Camry 4 Cylinder?

It's not a big deal to loose the bolt using a starter kick trick. You can hold the bolt with a 19mm head socket wrench and some extender (I used a metal tube from Homedepot) against ground. Then you kick the started really very briefly (with your sparkplugs out!) and your Crankshaft bolt will be loose.

It turned out a bigger deal to tighten the bolt. Here is the way how I did it (it may not work with all pulleys though):

Of course you could try a search. There's an active thread from someone who just made one with pics. (I've done this for friends with other vehicles.) It even has the same thread title.

i use a chain wrench and a large breaker bar. works great for camry, 4runner, tundra, tacoma hell almost anything really.
